Ally Bright Smiles first fundraising campaign has achieved its goal

Individuals, local organizations and foundations have donated a total of $20, 450.00 toward the Ally Center Bright Smiles program.

Our goal was 20,000..... so we did it!

We want to send heartfelt thanks to all who donated (from $5 to $5000) to help us build our own bright smiles program aimed at helping clients of the Ally Centre who are in the greatest need to access dental health care in the community.

How fortunate we are that early on in the campaign, New Dawn offered to match the funds raised -- up to $20,000. So they are joyfully contributing the full amount which brings us up to $40,450.00. We cannot express how much this kind of commitment from an organization like New Dawn means to our ongoing efforts to fill a huge gap in health care for our most vulnerable and at risk.

These funds are ample enough to help us provide care for at least 15 people this coming year, and leave us in very good standing to help more people next year and a base on which to build on a fundraising campaign for 2023- 24.
